Instead of using the big paint brush. Try using combinations of the oval, live, curved line and pencil tools as seen here.

I guarantee you better results. ^^

Thats pretty good! ^^ But like everyone said; try to work on the body more. You need to practise that, then you'll do better.
Drawing freehand with the mouse isn't easy either.
Thats why I want a tablet. 8D
