It doesn't matter if your on the top 10 or not, it only matters if your active

I know that doesn't make sense, but...

AKA:

Person A, 5000000 posts, Last Post = Sunday

Person B, 500 posts, Last Post = 2 minutes ago

It's true, it doesn't account for how active you are. For example I don't make a lot of posts, yet I am second on the list.
