What time zone are you in?

It can be rather confusing trying to get your head around the different time zones everybody lives in, especially if you want to get in contact with another it's difficult to know when exactly others will be on according to your own time zone. So here I'm giving everyone the opportunity to find out the best times for you to be available for chat online.
All I want you to do is tell me the name of your time zone, and I will list them all here in this first post for everyone to see.

Mine is -07. I live in Mountain Standard Time.. I don't have times I'm most likely on yet, I haven't been online very often in awhile.

I'm most likely on around 6pm to 8am GMT. Basically when all the Americans are up and alive.

Same. And we're only 3 hours ahead of Spar and Linkie and anybody that's in the same time zone.
