Link and DM have some good points, though they don't have any tips on drawing. I can try and give you a few pointers.
For one: try drawing with thinner lines, or it'll look too sloppy. For two: try drawing with shapes, they help a lot when drawing. For three: Use something OTHER then MS Paint. I suggest Photoshop, it's an awesome program with a lot of cool things (though Paint is good for beginners). One final suggestion I have; is to not use too many dark or light colors. Colors too dark will make it hard to see the lines or other areas, and too light will blind the viewer. Also, try drawing slowly, and since you're a beginner, I suggest using pixels first. Drawing pixel by pixel is how you sprite, and spriting is a key helper to learning to do computer art. Finally; DO NOT USE SPRAY PAINT! Spray paint makes it hard to see and ruins the quality, also, it's crap.
There, I hope that helps you. For anymore help, ask Spar, she's an excellent artist.

HA! Now you know how me and the fuzzball feel! On a side note, they're not that good, but not that bad. If I tried drawing on MS Paint, I'd have to say that you'd be better than me.Goku, sit boy.Looks just like her.

It's easier and more fun to share our griefs than our happiness. Maybe we think somebody out there has a solution to our problems or we share it because we can't take them on alone. Either way, I believe that no matter who you are there will always be somebody there to support you if you know where to look. </tangent>

If used correctly MS Paint isn't half bad, I use it all the time for my sprites and comics and they turn out good, but MS Paint does suck when it comes to hand drawing stuff and such.YES IT IS. They didn't even change it for Vista.mspaint ain't that bad.
