Instead of using the big paint brush. Try using combinations of the oval, live, curved line and pencil tools as seen here.
I guarantee you better results.

Yeah, that is better. Drawing freehand with the mouse isn't easy either.

Holy crap, you ARE getting better! Just work on the body a bit more and you should get it. I swear, you're makin' me wanna try free-hand drawing on MS Paint now

But like everyone said; try to work on the body more. You need to practise that, then you'll do better. Thats why I want a tablet.Drawing freehand with the mouse isn't easy either.
