We'll have to wait for another piece of Pansie's art for that to happen. Or we could contribute criticisms to the art, which I don't have now and everybody else seems to have done.
Or perhaps we could ask a backstory about it, though the topic is about Pansie's art, not her origins, etc.

but MS Paint does suck when it comes to hand drawing stuff and such.

He could argue that MS Paint is good for drawing freehand
And since I have to stay on topic: Your drawings are much better than I could do in Paint, thats for sure. And you are improving a ton since your first pic. Keep up the good work /praise!

Thats sorta true. I've drawn some pretty good things freehanded in paint before. Though I don't think I could draw that, even if I had the time and patience.

Hmm, that would explain a few things.
Okay, here's my C & C: While you seem to have her basic anatomy down, you need to add curves to her figure. Sonic fan characters aren't usually straight lines.

All you really did here was color over Sonic. I recommend sticking to drawing them yourself.
