On topic: A gang of teenage boys were on our street throwing snowballs at the cars, and some of their windows were cracked/broken. I had no choice but to call the police and when they showed up, a snowball NEARLY hit the window of the policeman's car.

To make a long story short, the boys fled from the scene when the police arrived.
