I thought they left it out, but i've been playing the bonus songs and everytime I completed one, another would appear, and Through The Monsoon finally appeared!

That song never appeared for me when I played Rock Band. There are 58 songs in the setlist, I could probably name them all right now if you want me to. Not that I'm saying that you're lying of course.
