Forget the limbs, go for the head.Fallout 3 mainly. The gore is delightful when you use VATS on someone's limbs.
On topic: Actually, Fallout: New Vegas and Civilization IV. I also played through first Hale-Life again with the intention of actually finishing it this time, which I did.

I do that too, it's just so hilarious to watch armless psycopaths try to kill me as I then somehow shoot someone's head off with a hunting rifle.Forget the limbs, go for the head.Fallout 3 mainly. The gore is delightful when you use VATS on someone's limbs.
