My Mum just won't leave and go with another provider. But we are constantly having problems with them she's actually given up phoning them all the time. Now I have to put up with a connection that isn't much faster than dial-up, everything takes forever to download, I can't watch anything on Youtube without waiting for ages and any online games I play lag like there's no tomorrow.

I've actually considered buying my own separate internet connection, I've had enough of AOL.
