I find investing in a punching bag with the word "STRESS" written across it, and a baseball bat, tend to work nicely hand-in-hand to help your troubled mind.

Or instead of the word "Stress" on the punching bag, how about the name, or better yet, face of somebody you don't like at all? Or in Linkmax's case, the McDonalds logo.
