Finishing major remodel projects in my house! It's so rewarding to see your own work and know that you did it!

Feeling perfectly well. Full of energy.
I checked blood pressure on both parts of body, and it's the same on the right hand and left

And it's totally without any medicines. I've never felt that much alive, because I've never known how to live without a constant headspin and not being able to get tired immediately after physical work.

I'm so happy
