My Little Hero passed just after Midnight 06/25/10.
His name was Conner Reed Jones, he was 7 yrs old and he has battled Cystic Fibrosis (CF) since he was 6 months old. He was an amazing child that put a smile on anyone's face that he came in contact with. He was kind, smart, funny, witty, and he was My Hero. I knew him his entire life and I feel blessed that I knew him. The pain that he endured his entire life is more that any 10 person's in their lifetime will and yet he kept going. He got to go to Hawaii and see the whales and touched peoples hearts there too.
I will miss him... but knowing that God has an amazing Angel with him now, makes my heart happy.
Rest in peace and Breathe easy now Conner. My Hero.
His spirit will live on in the hearts of everyone he's touched. He sounded like a truly amazing child, the world was lucky to have him for the time it did. May he rest in peace, my thoughts are with his family and friends.

Being unable to attend a party the rest of my class was at. Why was I unable to attend, you ask? Because I was the only one who was not told about it. Also, it was actually someone else from my class that was hosting the thing.
Being the outcast again feels wonderful

Not being able to go to Conner's celebration of life today
I would have loved to have been there to see how many people loved and adored him.
But on a lighter side, The whole town I live in is covered in Red Balloons in honor of him! His favorite color was Red and he loved Balloons! It's amazing
AND my whole office is wearing Red in his honor too
He'll be missed tremendously ....
He was truly an inspiring child, and touched the hearts of so many people. He will never be forgotten.
