Nah, its not the quick launch, its the desktop, dragged into the taskbar. XD
Toolbars -> Desktop on, Quick launch off :hehe:

No, this program is called jetAudio. An analogy of winamp, but for some reason it's less laggy on my computer when I'm playing online games and listenning to something. :ugh:
